6 more days until the big reveal! Are you excited? I sure am!

Today I have a video tutorial to share with you. I created a star-shaped card using Photoshop CS2 and wanted to show you how this was done. Here is the card we will be making.

After printing out the finished star on white cardstock, fold the cardstock in half with the fold on the left of the star. Cut out the star around the words, but do not cut on the fold. Tie ribbon around the card front into a bow, add a patterned paper star over the top and a button. If you have any questions, just leave me a note and I will do my best to answer them!

Next, I've answered a few questions about me....

1. If I could be in any infomercial, I would pick (product name), because: Maybe the Slap Chop? I’ve been wanting to try that thing! Chop and dice in minutes... lol (That’s a hard question!)

2. If I could be any character from a movie, I would be ______ from ______, because: Kate Winslet from Titanic. I’d love to be in any movie opposite Leonardo DiCaprio! (or anybody in his newer movies)

3. If my life story was to be written as a novel, the title would be: Change is Good. I’ve been through so many changes in my life, and although I have a hard time excepting change, I have to say I’m very happy where I’m at right now.

4. I always wanted to be: an artist.

5. If I can only give my children one piece of advice, it would be: Do what you love/what you are good at and make yourself happy, and then everything else will fall into place.

6. Three things I want very badly at the moment are: a nap, a vacation and new countertops. =)

7. What is your process for creating layouts as you receive Label Tulip kit? Do you start with photos, paper, a sketch, or something else? Most often the papers or supplies will inspire me with an idea, and then I choose the photos to go with my ideas. I rarely ever use a sketch. I find that with just playing around with the items, they will fit where they want to fit.
